Years of covering conflicts and crises throughout the world have shaped the way we tell and craft stories. We believe in curiosity because every story starts with a look at the world around us.

We listen, feel, think and follow the story wherever it takes us. We believe in questioning ready-made statements, in looking for stories overlooked by the news media. We do documentaries because we believe the world is full of incredibly worthy stories. We love the challenge of taking complex stories and turning them into powerful films. We made films in inner-city America, in Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Turkey, Haiti, Venezuela, Poland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and in many more places around the world.

We do hard-hitting films driven by powerful footage we are able to get in difficult shooting conditions. But we also do more poetic that provide a different look at the world around us. We also work with animation and love to explore different storytelling techniques. We believe in independence, creativity and in taking risks because the easy-to-find stories are not what is driving us. We approach our corporate assignments the same way.

We believe in teamwork and we constituted a crew with some of the most talented people in this industry whether it is for photography, sound, editing or animation. We are based in Brooklyn, New York, but we work all around the world. Over the years, we built a wide network of creative people around the world that allows us to get a crew on location quickly.

We also believe in empathy. And as we value the generosity of people who share their time and stories with us, we don’t cut corners. We spend the time we need to get the story right.
